We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated employee to join our dynamic, fast-paced organization. This is a full-time position ideal for an individual who is proactive, articulate, and dedicated to building strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads through our CRM system and ensure timely, organized follow-ups.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clients across various channels.
• Utilize and navigate stock exchange and cryptocurrency trading platforms as part of daily operations.
• Conduct trading activities on stock and crypto platforms in accordance with internal guidelines and market conditions.
• Demonstrate strong sales acumen and the ability to confidently present services to clients.
• Maintain a client-focused approach by understanding customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and support a positive work environment.
• Continuously update and expand knowledge of CRM tools, stock market systems, and crypto trading platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a client-facing role.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level (fluent and professional).
• Confidence in handling client communication and conducting sales conversations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to financial systems, including CRM, stock exchange, and crypto platforms.
• Responsible, motivated, and driven to grow professionally within the company.

Compensation:
Base Salary: 1500-2500 Gel
Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional earnings tied directly to individual results and success.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position - 9 hour shifts per day
